The installation was very straight forward and took less than an hour from start to finish. I was pleasantly surprised and am happy with my purchase. Just got the hitch and got it installed so read this review with that in mind. Shipping was incredibly fast! Thumbs up for that. Instructions say the install takes 20 minutes. I installed it in less than an hour. I took my time and made sure that I did it right. Install was easy! Fit was perfect! Excited to use the hitch!
Great product and super easy to install. Installation is intuitively easy (even without instructions) and the color instructions make it even more so. The factory wiring harness is truly "plug and play". Total installation time including spare tire removal and replacement was 30 minutes.
Recd hitch from etrailer for Subaru Tribeca. It was a well made hitch and the welds looked great. As a welder myself I look for quality welds and that the metal is cleaned of slag and well painted. The dimensions were accurate and the hitch went on relatively easy. Good product and the price was reasonable. It will be used to haul an 18’ boat and a smoker.

I would suggest you advice us of the products needed to make the purchase complete. I just bought on separate order the ball hook kit and the wire harness. I didn’t think about it when I bought the hitch.

This took a little thought on how to weave the bolts through, but the videos were very informative. Product fit perfectly and installed smoothly. WAY cheaper than dealer quote to install. I installed this on wife's vehicle and she is pleased so I consider that a great success...
