Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this BulletProof Hitches light duty adjustable two-ball mount for your two inch trailer hitch receiver. Now this adjustable ball mount has a maximum capacity of 10,000 pounds, making it ideal for light duty towing. This is designed for instance for use on your Jeep, your UTV, your SUV, or two-wheel drive truck. This shank is gonna slide into your two-inch trailer hitch receiver on your vehicle.
And this is going to be ideal for vehicles with 16 inches to 17 inches of clearance from the ground to the bottom of the inside of your receiver tube. Now the adjustable height is going to let you tow trailers of different heights with the same vehicle. This hitch ball platform is going to slide up and down the channel and secure in place with the included pin and clip. I'm gonna go ahead and remove the clip and pin here real quick just to give you a brief demonstration of how easy this is going to be to adjust. So as you can see, this ball platform is going to easily slide up and down the channel here, and then you'll just set whatever height you're looking for.
I'll just put it back to where it was, slide up the holes, slide it into place, and replace the clip on the pin, and then you'll be back in business. So as you can see, you're not going to be struggling at the back of your vehicle to get that height adjustment or ball size that you are looking for. The pin and clip are made of heat-treated steel to withstand heavy weight from the load. And the zinc finish is going to give you corrosion resistance. Now I also wanted to point out that the adjustable channel here, if you can see that, it's made of quarter-inch thick steel plates.
And then we also have a a three-eighths of an inch thick welded gusset plate that's going to brace the shank and the channel. And we have three mounting positions. If you notice here, three adjustment holes. So it's gonna give you three mounting positions to give you that maximum drop of two inches when you have it in this orientation. And then when you flip this over, you'll get about two inches maximum rise.
So maximum drop of two inches, maximum rise of two inches. The adjustment hole diameter is five-eighths of an inch, along with the hitch pin hole diameter is five-eighths of an inch. So with the two-inch ball, you're gonna be able to tow up to 8,000 pounds, with the 2 5/16 inch ball, up to 10,000 pounds. The maximum tongue weight is going to be 1,000 pounds. If you notice here, the hitch balls are welded directly to the ball platform to give you that extra sturdiness. This is made of light duty steel, so, and it also features this really nice matte black powder coat finish. So that finish is gonna do a great job of protecting this ball mount from rust and corrosion. Even after repeated use, I think it's gonna hold up pretty well for you. Now this does not include a pin and clip or a hitch pin lock to secure this to the back of your vehicle. So you might already have a compatible pin and clip, but if not, we do have multiple options here at etrailer.com. But this is really an investment that you're making. So I would definitely check out our other options pertaining to hitch pin lock options if you don't already have one, just to make sure this is secured to the back of your vehicle. Now if you're wondering about some measurements, we do have a listing of all of the measurements that you might be looking for on this product page. So avail yourself to that information if you're in need of that. This weighs about 20 pounds, so it's not terribly heavy. Again, this is for light duty towing. I think that's gonna wrap up our look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
