Today, we're going to be taking a look at part number F0163309-00. This is the Fulton replacement handle for Fulton F2 trailer wenches. This is going to be a replacement for wench models FWH32000301, FW32000301 and FW20000301. It's going to be made from an aluminum construction. It's going to feature the nice, soft grip handle. It's going to offer ultimate adjustability with the different mounting holes, here.
You can adjust the handle length from 6 inches to 9 inches, that way you can easily balance torque, speed and clearance. The grip, again, is going to feature a nice, textured surface for a nice, secure hold when you're operating the wench. It's going to come with the handle mounting screw, flat washer and lock washer. That way, they provide new hardware to get this installed onto your wench. Light-weight construction, very easy to use and this handle's going to swivel around 360 degrees. Nice quality aluminum forged handle - it's good to have the three length options. Fulton makes a nice winch. If you are replacing the handle, inspect the Fulton winch shaff first. Turns out the handle retainer screw broke clean from the shaft on my original. You don't want to try to get the remainder of that screw out! I ended up drilling and re-tapping the hole. We'll see if it works. Suggestion - Fulton should use hardened steel on the shaft and Ti bolts for the retainer screw. A couple bucks more for this high stress joint - well worth it.

eTrailer strikes again. They had exactly all the parts I needed to replace the crank handle for my Fulton F2 3200lb winch. The previous was lost somewhere along a 200 mile road trip due to a sheared bolt head. I discovered it at the ramp when I went to launch my boat. Fortunately I had a large crescent wrench to get me through the day. Thanks again eTrailer for having exactly what I needed and getting it to me super quick.
I broke the handle on my winch on Sunday. When I got home I went on etrailer and ordered a new one as they had the best price by far. I checked economy shipping at checkout then realized the part would not arrive till after the next weekend and I had a tournament on Saturday. I have only recently purchased a boat trailer with this item attached. After using the wench handle a total of five times, it snapped off in my hand. So as you can see, anything that I write down would not be accurate. I have owned boat trailers for over fifty years and this is the first time that a wench handle has broken off during a boat retrieval. So perhaps, two stars may be a little too optimistic...
