The only thing is when the mirror heads are rotated into the towing position the controls are reversed. Like the previous set for my old truck, if your Ram didn't come with towing mirrors you need to go to the dealership to have your computer flashed for them. Straightens out everything.

Parts came quickly and was easy to install, the only thing is one if the mirrors turn signals didn’t work. Called the company back and informed them this and they are sending me a replacement mirror. Very good customer service. Would give 5 stars if not for the turn signal.
Great service. The order i received was damaged. I contacted customer service, they sent replacment mirrors and had ups pick up the damaged ones. I was very pleased with how they handled this matter.
The mirrors were very easy to install. Just plug and play. The quality is excellent. Looks and feels and Weighs just like OEM part. The tow mirrors are larger than my stock mirrors but they look handsome
