The TonnoSport sits only 1/2" above the bed rails, keeping your truck’s profile clean while shielding gear from rain, dust, and road grime. The durable, UV-resistant vinyl top holds its shape through heat and cold so it won’t sag or fade. With the cover closed and the tailgate locked, your bed stays protected and secure without bulky hardware or tall edges breaking up the lines of the truck.
There’s no need to remove the cover when carrying tall or oversized loads. Just roll the soft top toward the cab and secure it with the built-in nylon strap and buckle. That gives you complete access to the bed in seconds. When you’re ready to cover up again, it unrolls smoothly and latches tight for the drive home.
Installing the TonnoSport is simple thanks to its sturdy, rustproof aluminum rails and bows. Six aircraft-grade aluminum clamps grip the bed securely, while Tight Bite teeth lock into the rail ridges without drilling. Once the rails are in place, the cover seals along the sides with a reliable Velcro system.
When the cover is closed, the trigger latch automatically catches to hold it tight. Two side slide locks provide extra protection, and you can open or close the tailgate freely without undoing the cover. To release it, just pull the latch with one hand—no fussing with complicated catches or extra tools.
Temperature swings can loosen or tighten a vinyl cover, but the EZ-Dial barrels let you fine-tune tension with a quick turn—no tools needed. This keeps the TonnoSport stretched tight and smooth through every season, holding its neat, low-profile shape year after year.

That’s awesome to hear, and that’s a great looking truck too. Getting that kind of life out of a cover, especially holding up through a 40 inches of snow. Really says a lot. Sounds like it’s been a solid go-to for you over the years if you’re on your third one now. Always nice when you can stick with something you trust. What model truck did you go with this time? Where you located to get all of that snow!?

The truck doesn’t get out much, so the cover hasn’t seen much use. Looks and operates as well as it did a year ago.
