With the LiteRider you get full use of your truck bed without removing the cover. The soft vinyl top rolls up in seconds and secures neatly behind the cab using Quick Clip storage straps with strong buckles. When closed, it sits only 1-1/2" above the bed for a clean look and reduced wind drag that can improve gas mileage by up to 10 percent. The aluminum bows keep the cover supported so it rolls up smoothly and stays tight when closed.

The AutoLatch system automatically catches when you close the cover, giving a solid hold without extra steps. To open it, just pull the release cord with one hand. For extra protection, a slide lock on the opposite side adds another layer of security, and your tailgate can still open and close normally. With a tailgate lock (sold separately), you can secure the bed completely for your tools or gear.

Built from reinforced, UV-blocking vinyl, the LiteRider keeps its shape and color through years of sun, rain, and snow. The material stays flexible down to -40 °F and resists fading in the heat. A reinforced vinyl flap along the tailgate helps keep out dirt, rain, and snow, so your cargo stays cleaner and drier wherever you go.
Keeping the cover tight is simple with the built-in EZ-Dials at the front. Just turn the dials to fine-tune tension—no tools needed. The result is a snug, flat fit that holds through temperature changes and highway speeds without sagging or flapping.

The contoured black powder-coated aluminum rails resist rust and mount inside the bed rails, leaving stake pockets and tie-downs free for accessories like racks. Tight Bite clamps with integrated teeth bite into the rail ridges for a firm grip that stays put, giving the cover a stable base that installs securely and keeps its seal over time.

Hi Lee, Thank you for your comment. The owners manual for the cover says that if the latch system doesnt engage, then the first step is to check the side rails for height and level, referring back to a step in the initial setup process, as well as inspecting the latches for jammed or broken parts.
