How would I know if your boards will fit my truck 2005 chevy silverado 4 wheel drive 4 door? your web site says that it not confirmed to fit.

The Aries Automotive # AA27FR are vehicle specific, and are a fit for the Jeep Gladiator so they wouldn't work on your 2005 Silverado Crew Cab.
Although none of our vendors offer a powered running board option for your truck, we do have plenty of running board options that WILL work on your truck.
I really like the Westin Sure-Grip Lighted Running Boards, part # 27-0015-1025. The running boards will light up when any of the vehicle doors open. I'll link to a description video and to the installation instructions as well.
