Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this Lionshead, 15 inch by five inch black spoke steel trailer wheel. It has the five on four and a half inch bolt pattern. Now this is a steel wheel, has the multi spoke design to it. It's sturdy and corrosion resistant. You notice it has a nice rust resistant finish, which will include a black powder coat finish on both sides of the wheel.
Now if you notice the center cap is not included with this wheel. If you do want a center cap, we do sell those separate on our website. You do wanna make sure to get a center cap that'll have the same diameter as this pilot hole 'cause when you install your center cap, it'll slide through this hole, the diameter on the pilot hole right here is 3.19 inches. If you notice also, the valve stem is included, it's pre-installed. And this wheel will meet the DOT and SAEJ 1204 specifications.
And this is made in the USA. Few dimensions on this wheel. We're gonna measure the diameter. And the diameter on a wheel is always measured inside to inside or bead seat to bead seat. So you can see if we take our tape measure and we go bead seat to bead seat is 15 inch diameter.
The width, it's gonna be the same way. It's inside to inside or bead seat to bead seat. There's your five inch width. And this wheel does have a bolt pattern of five on four and a half inches. And if you wanna measure that on a wheel like this, that's an odd number of lugs, five lugs.
What you'll need to do is pick any one of the lug holes, let's say this one, and then you're gonna measure across to either one of these holes. And when you measure, it's from the center of the starting hole to the furthest edge of whichever hole you measure to. So on this one, if we measured, it'd be four and a half inches, so it's a five lug, four and a half inch bolt pattern. Does use a wheel lug size of a half inch by 20, and the weight capacity on this wheel is 2,200 pounds. Now we do also offer many other items for your trailer.
