In order to get the Castle Rock ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 15" Silver Mod Wheel part # LHACK124 in a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern you'll need to combine the Lionshead Steel Modular Trailer Wheel part # LHHA315 and the Castle Rock ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire part # 274-000029. We don't offer the above as a pre-mounted combo unfortunately. This is the same tire and wheel as the combo but the wheel is 5, not 6-lug.
