Helpful Expert Reply:
Trailer tires like what comes on the Castle Rock ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 15" Silver Spoke Wheel # LHACK124 that you referenced need to always be inflated to their max psi when cold to ensure you get full capacity and prevent failure due to heat build up. This tire needs to be inflated to 65 psi when cold. Cold basically means before getting warmed up from use. So like the first thing in the morning before towing you'd want to check and make sure it has 65 psi.
