Hi, everyone. Steve here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at our TecNiq Side Marker With Reflector. It's 2 1/2 inches round and it has one LED in the center, and obviously it's in red color. So folks, again, powered by one bright LED. This is a great option for a replacement or a new side marker.
It does use low amps, only 0.06 amps at 12 volts, and it's UV-resistant from dust and it is waterproof. It is sealed up from circuit board protection and everything inside of there. It measures 2 1/2 inches wide by about 3/4 inches tall, or deep. It needs, sold separately, a grommet to pop into for mounting, and a pigtail, sold separately as well. So let's go ahead and get this powered up so we can take a look together today.
And bear with me while I get everything wired up here. Okay, so you can see the nice bright LED. Again, there's just a singular one right there in the center. Puts off a lot of great light and you can kind of see those reflectors doing their jobs as well. Now, obviously if the car was coming at you from the side, if you're making a turn or just normal driving, that would reflect back and they would see you as well.
So that again, is what that reflector part is doing for safety and everything. So we'll go ahead and turn on the overhead lights again in the studio.
