Thin factory jack feet are usually the first weak link in your camper's landing gear. When they bend or sink, these 12" steel pads swap in for the original feet, adding a wider footprint and built-in articulation for uneven ground.
If you've ever watched a factory pad start to curl at the edges while leveling, you already know the weak point. Thin stamped feet flex under load, and once they bend, the load shifts back into the jack leg itself. That's how minor deformation turns into long-term wear, alignment issues, and expensive hydraulic repairs.
These 12" pads fit standard 2" round leveling jack legs and include the pin connector. Laser-cut from 1/4" plate steel and reinforced with six gussets, they're built to hold their shape when the weight comes down instead of flexing and fatiguing over time.
Campsites aren't all poured concrete. You back into what looks level, drop the jacks, and one corner always seems to settle differently. A rigid foot can force the jack to load at an angle, which adds strain where you don't want it. The integrated ankle pivots up to 10°, allowing the pad to adjust to slopes and uneven terrain. The leg stays aligned while the foot sits flatter on the ground, which helps the entire leveling system work the way it was intended. Instead of wondering if a soft site will leave you re-leveling in the morning, the jack stays aligned, the load stays distributed, and your leveling system holds its position overnight.
Soft soil, gravel pads, sandy lakeside sites, they all test small jack feet. A narrow pad concentrates weight in one spot, which can lead to sinking and shifting as the ground compresses. The oversized 12" round footprint redistributes that weight across a wider surface area, reducing how much the pad presses into the surface below. The broader base gives the jack more support underneath, especially when the ground isn't as firm as it first looked.
It only takes one hidden curb, rock, or raised edge to put a jack system in a bind. When a rigid foot meets an immovable object, something's gotta give, and that 'something' is often your hydraulics or frame. These pads are designed to detach first, sacrificing the foot instead of forcing that shock into components that cost far more to repair.
If you already run SnapPads, these steel feet can be paired with compatible 12" round SnapPad Xtra pads for added surface grip and ground protection. That gives you the strength of reinforced steel with the cushioning and traction of a removable pad system. If you don't have SnapPads yet, compatible options are available here on our site (SP74FR, sold separately).

Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at these RVpaws V2 replacement RV foot pads for your two inch round leveling jack legs. Now this is an upgraded replacement foot pad set for your fifth wheels landing gear, and this is specifically designed to swap out the standard two inch round leveling jack leg feet pads on your fifth wheel landing gear. So on your screen, as you can see, these are going to fit standard two inch round leveling jack legs on your fifth wheels. But these are also gonna be compatible with the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 landing gear.
But this isn't just a simple replacement. This is going to solve a few common pain points that you might run into when you're setting up your trailer. One of the biggest advantages is how these are going to handle uneven ground. The feet have articulating ankles that can pivot up to about 10 degrees. So instead of sit sitting awkwardly or unevenly, these are going to adjust.
These are going to adjust to match the terrain. That's gonna help keep your setup more stable right from the start. Insulation's gonna be really pretty easy as well since it comes with the pin connectors here that you need to attach it. So on your screen, I'm just showing you what this is going to look like pinned into your jack jack leg there. So it's gonna be real simple just to pin these into place and you're gonna be good to go.
Obviously these do have a much larger footprint, be about 12 inches in diameter, so that's going to spread out the weight a lot better. So for instance, if you're parked on softer ground, let's say gravel, dirt, or grass, these are gonna be far less likely to sink in or shift over time. In terms of durability, these are built from thick quarter inch laser cut steel, and notice that they're also reinforced with these gussets. So these are designed to handle heavy loads without bending, similar to what your standard foot pad might do. Those typically could bend, these are less likely to bend.
They're gonna resist bending just because of how robust they are built. So one other thing I wanted to mention is if you accidentally hit something while maneuvering, these pads are designed to detach, instead of transferring that force to your landing gear or frame. That's basically another built-in protection point that these have. So really gonna be a great upgrade for you. Now, one final thing I would like to recommend is if you want even more grip or ground protection, these are gonna be compatible with 12 inch snap pads on your screen. I am including our part number for that pad, and I would recommend it because these are obviously made out of rubber. So this is going to give you even more grip on the surface that you're going to be on, but it's just another level of protection as well for these foot pads. So if you're interested, you can just take the part number that you see there, pop it in the search field of our website, that will take you to those snap pads and you can add those to your order. That's gonna be for a quantity of one. So on those snap pads, if you pick 'em up, make sure to adjust the quantity to two. But I think it's gonna wrap up our look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
