perfect fit!

Exactly the part I needed. Had the correct ID, OD and Width I needed to replace the seal on a 1990 Coleman Roanoke Royale Pop up camper. It would be helpful to note the following information on this website. Width: 0.432" which is different than many other seals I looked at which contained the 13194 seal number but contained a seal in a kit that was the width of 1.250. The seal I received has the Blue looking outside ring around it rather than bare metal shown in the stock photo on this site. The seal I received is the one shown in the video review on this site. In the photo you can see a side by side comparison between a different seal and the one sold by etrailer with a width of 0.432 which is what I needed. I hope this comparison helps determine if this is the seal you need. You may be able to see the number of the seal printed on the rubber of the seal in the photo.

Only problem is I measured wrong. They look just like oem.

Very informative web page, and helpful customer review blog. You can find almost any trailer question you may have. These hard to find grease seals were readily available and fit perfect. I used them for my 1986 boat trailer conversion project.

by:

Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks

by:

This was a difficult item to find except on etrailer. All bearing kits for my hubs come with 1-1/4" ID seals, etrailer was the only place that had them. Received my order within a matter of days. Great customer service.

Perfect fit on my trailer I bought different seal in my locals autopart and don’t it fit, thanks to etrailer.com because is the only one have this particular grease seal fit in my boat trailer ?? and shipping was very fast 5 stars.

by:

They got my order out quickly.

by:

Perfect! A picture is worth a thousand words. :)

by:

Shipping practice is atrocious. These were just kinda chucked in the box loosely with a set brakes and a strip of paper. Somehow they appear to have survived ok.

by:

Seal seems fine but does not fit my hub with a 14125A inner bearing. Needed a different brand seal.

by:

None of the parts have numbers on them. I guessing they are the right ones. This is my only concern. It’s been my experience that the numbers are stamped on the parts.
Thanks

by:

Item was exactly as described. Shipping was fast

by:

Exact fit that I need for the magic tilt trailer

by:

I appreciate the fast shipping!

by:

Didn’t get all the items I asked for . Received bearings without races and races without the correct bearing. Reorder the items missing the day I received the first order.

These grease seals were hard to find, but etrailer had them in stock. They fit a 1979 EZ Loader boat trailer with twin 6 lug axles. My vintage boat trailer uses the typical 5200# wheel bearings, but uses a smaller O.D. grease seal than most similar boat trailers.

Chris was a huge help when I ordered these. I told him we have some pretty solid trailer parts suppliers in town, but they all struck out on this. He made sure I got the correct parts. I’ve already installed them, and it seems to be a proper fit.

by:

All of the replacement parts were correct thanks to Ric’s help and expertise. We really appreciate his help. Customer service is excellent.

by:

Never got my order after I payed for one day shipping it’s been over a week and still haven’t seen it yet I won’t be ordering from them again

by:

These were the right fit for my boat hub and axle. These are a different brand than the old seals I removed but they came up on the web site as replacement seals and the specs matched.

by:

My first time ordering form etrailer Sarah made it simple and easy! Keep up the good work

by:

This size seal has been hard to find as it is on an older trailer with older axles. These were perfect and fit as expected and seemed to have a great seal on the axle. eTrailer again was great to work with as communications is the key thing they have always had. Thanks again and will be back again.

If you have a UFP/DICO 45263 hub (commonly found on 2013 Heritage/Tracker trailers with the original Vault oil-bath system), a successful replacement is:
CE Smith CE13315 galvanized pre-greased hub assembly
Replace the included grease seal with 13194 (1.372" ID × 1.979" OD)
Spindle uses L44649 inner and outer bearings
5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern
13" trailer wheels
This combination has been successfully installed as a direct replacement for the original Unique BT/UFP Vault hub.

Just got them today, fast service, they look good, know more when I install them.

  • Can Smaller Grease Seal be Used on Alko 5200 Lb Axle
If the original seal had an inside diameter of 2.250, then that is the size I would stick with. The inside diameter is what rides on the spindle so you would not want to go with a smaller seal as you mentioned. We have two seals that have the 2.250 I.D. dimension. The first is # GS-2250DL. It has a 2.250 I.D. and a 3.376 O.D. The other seal we offer is part # SL226. This has a 2.250 I.D. and a 3.066 O.D. I recommend using a digital caliper like part # PTW80157 and measure the spindle...

  • Availability of Replacement Grease Seal Part 30624
My research on this grease seal part number turned up only its specified inner and outer diameters, which are 2.125 and 3.066 inches respectively. It is not at all unusual for a used seal to measure differently than when it was new; the effects of wear and the process of removing the seal can often distort it. Also, the rubber compounds at the inner diameter can shrink and deteriorate and give a misleading dimension. We do have two grease seals with this exact 3.066-inch outer diameter...

  • Do You Carry a Grease Seal With 2-1/4" ID and 3-1/8" OD?
Currently we jump from the Seal # SL226 which has the 2.25" ID but a 3.066" OD to the Seal # GS-2250DL you found with a 2.25" ID and a 3.376" OD. We do not have a seal with a 3-1/8" OD. If you are unable to find the correct seal you may be able to have a sleeve machined which will allow you to use the # SL226 seal.
