Lots of people need to carry ladders, kayaks, or bikes without giving up bed space. The UltraGroove has built-in T-slot rails that let you mount racks and hold gear above the bed, so you can keep your tools or cargo locked below. The aluminum side rails with curved endcaps look clean and work with common rack systems for easy loading setups that stay secure on the road.

Manually rolling and folding covers can get awkward if you open them often. This one uses a tension spring inside a compact, angled canister to retract the cover smoothly with a single turn of the handle. A pull strap helps you close it again and set it anywhere along 12" intervals, so you can cover part of the bed while hauling taller items. The angled canister also keeps your rear window clear and maximizes usable bed space.

Rain, snow, or dust can ruin what’s in your truck if the cover leaks. The UltraGroove uses an ArmorTek deck—a vinyl top bonded to rigid aluminum panels—that seals tight against the elements while keeping a soft-cover look. Multiple drain tubes at the front and rear channel water out through factory bed holes, and rubber seals along the rails block dirt and runoff at the tailgate. Even in heavy weather, it keeps your gear dry and clean.

Big bulky covers can throw off your truck’s lines and make loading tricky. This one sits roughly 1" above the bed rails for a streamlined look that’s aerodynamic and quiet on the highway. The aluminum slats resist dents and sagging while giving hard-cover security that soft covers can’t match. The matte black finish blends in cleanly with any setup and stays sharp through years of use.

Installing some covers means breaking out the drill or removing bed caps. With this design, everything clamps to the inside of the bed rails using just two clamps per side—no holes to drill or rails to cut. The canister bolts to the rails, drain tubes route through existing holes, and shims handle tapered beds easily. Once it’s clamped down, it fits tight and operates smooth without a bunch of adjusting.

Yes, one year later this cover is great and even with hard Northeast winter this winter it held up with no issues. Love this cover for our 5th wheel while towing.

Looks amazing! Your truck looks like it came with the cover- looks right at home :) Do you have a hitch in the bed that you use the tonneau cover to secure?

I enjoy it very much. I added extra foam to seal around tail gate. After a good rain or thru the car wash, it still doesnt leak. I highly recommend this product.

This product is great, I love this tonneau cover and has work flawlessly. When Im towing I can pull it closed 1 click to help with the wind and it has been great. I appreciate Etrailer with helping with this purchase and we are looking to upgrade our truck and when we purchase our new one I want to purchase this same cover again. It does take away alittle from the bed but the 5th wheel hitch in summer pretty much makes my bed useless anyway.

This is one of those purchases that if you had it to do again, you probably wouldn’t!!! Fairly complicated to install with the instructions given, and I’m pretty capable of installing anything. Anytime you park, you have to be sure you’re not under a tree that might small pieces onto the tonneau or it gets stuck in the rails and is hard to open or close. Also, believe it or not, less than a month after I purchased it and installed it, someone stole one of the hold-down brackets and neither eTrailer or the company could come up with a replacement. I had to fashion one myself! Most of the time, the top is hard to open or close. Wish I had purchased a canopy instead!!!

I reached out to my contact at Pace Edwards, and he was able to give me some advise on how to find and prevent the leaking issue. He recommended recreating the water by using a hose or bucket of water while recording the inside of the cover. If water is leaking from one side of the cover, a simple adjustment could be the issue. If the water is leaking from up near the box, my contact recommended using silicon on the gaps or some weather stripping.
