Hook up a heavy trailer or pile gear in the bed and this Firestone Ride-Rite kit keeps your truck level and controlled. The double-convoluted air bags add up to 5,000 lbs of rear axle load support to help stop sag that throws off braking and steering. With both bags working together, the truck stays balanced so your headlights stay aimed and your handling stays predictable even on rough roads or long grades.
No need to mess with air hoses or find a gas station pump. The included 12V compressor (13-amp max draw, 120-psi max working pressure, 0.32 CFM at 100 psi) and analog control let you dial in air pressure between 5 and 100 psi right from the driver’s seat. Add air when you hitch up, release pressure when you unload—quick adjustments that keep your ride height and comfort just where you like them.
Firestone includes every part to build a complete system—air bags, custom brackets, compressor, switch panel with gauge, air lines, fittings, hardware, and a no-drill compressor mounting plate (11-1/2" L x 5-1/2" W). The brackets bolt to existing attachment points so you can take on the install with basic tools. Inflate both bags together through the single-path line for consistent pressure side to side.
From snowy highways to salty coastal air, this kit is made to last. Firestone uses plated, coated, or brass parts to fight rust and road grime so fittings stay tight and leaks stay away. With a limited lifetime warranty on the air bags and 2-year coverage on hardware and the compressor, it’s built for dependable performance season after season.

Hi, everyone, Steven here with etrailer. Today we're taking a look at our Firestone Ride-Rite air bags, complete with Easy Mount compressor and your in-cab control. Now, this is a single-path kit, meaning you're gonna do inflate or deflate both bags simultaneously at the same time. And it's rated for 5,000 pounds capacity. Now, this is a custom-fit application. All the bracketry and everything here has been precision made, and it's going to fit directly into factory attachment points with simple bolts and hardware that's all included.
Now, a lotta stuff here on the table. When it's put together, it's gonna more or less kinda look like the image here as far as the brackets on the bags and those kinda things, and then of course, that compressor bracket on the left with the compressor mounted to it. Obviously, you're gonna have more nuts and bolts and brackets that aren't in that picture that would go around the frame and those kinda things. But wanted to give you the general idea as far as what all's out here on the table. And of course, your analog gauge, inflate, deflate, very simple design, very simple to use.
And of course, your air compressor, small, but mighty. Fits in the palm of my hand, but it does the job. And then, of course, you got your two bags. Everything's got reinforced rubber, and it all uses tight-sealing fittings to hold the pressure reliably. Now, everything here has been powder coated as far as the bracketry and the brackets, hardened steel, black powder-coat finish.
You're not gonna have to worry about rust or corrosion anytime soon. Then, of course, you got your wiring harness for the gauge and everything. And then, of course, your air line. Quick tech tip: All your hardware and everything's in this bag. You're gonna get wire connectors, cable ties, nuts, bolts.
You're also gonna get the fittings for the hoses. These are the push to connect fittings for the air lines. Then, of course, all your Schrader valves. The installers have told me, make sure you're cutting this very, very clean and straight just like it comes out of the bag factory whenever you're pushing them in. If you get a slant, you could potentially end up with a leak down the road. So make sure you're getting those nice, clean, and flush. And then of course, you have the bracket kit for the compressor as well. So again, folks, a lot of information here, a lot of parts. Again, this is gonna be a great kit to where all you gotta do is stay in your cab and just quickly go up or down as far as the air psi in the bags, whether you're loaded or unloaded, for your setup. So a very nice all-in-one kit. We do also carry these in a wireless compressor option as well. So you can reach out to us and we can assist you in finding exactly what you need for your setup. I'm Steven with etrailer. Thanks for watching and have a great day.
Ratings & Reviews
I like how the Firestone All-in-one comes with everything I needed without needing to piece together a bunch of parts. The best part is that the air bags and the compressor system come in one package, so everything is already matched and ready to install. I still had to mount the compressor myself, but there’s no guesswork on what works with what.
Installation takes a little time, but the bags make a noticeable difference. They level out the truck, cut down on squat, and help everything feel more stable when you’re towing. And with the onboard compressor, I can add or remove air whenever I need, without carrying around a bulky compressor or stopping at the gas station.
It’s a solid, well-built kit that simplifies the whole process. For anyone who tows often and wants a clean, all-in-one solution, it’s a great fit.
