  I spoke with my contact at Firestone and found out that some models of the 2006 Honda Pilot came with that strut while others did not. Since yours has it you cannot use the Coil-Rite springs # F4179. Since you have that strut, the only suspension enhancement option that will work are SuperSprings Coil SumoSprings, # CSS-1125R.
