Suspension Enhancement Recommendation for a 2010 Honda Odyssey to Tow Trailer Level  

Hello, I have a question regarding weight distribution hitches. I own a 2010 Honda Odyssey with a bolted on hitch, and a 2000 model Camplite Pop up camper. With everything hooked up, and coolers full of beer and food in the van, the rear end squats pretty low. The Hondas manual recommends against weight distribution hitches, however from reading your site and other websites, it seems like plenty of people do use them. I read several comments that if I use a WDH that I should have the bolts holding the hitch to the van tack welded so they cant back out, as one of the concerns is flex from the WDH causing the bolts to slowly loosen. Is there any truth to this? Can you comment on using a WDH with a Odyssey? My trailers manual also says not to use a WDH. However, Camplite is out of business, 2000 was the last model year. So its not like I have a warranty or anything! The trailer has a 4inch C-channel frame and a 3500lb axle, and the camper has a 2050lb dry weight, so Im not too concerned with overload the axle. Plenty of other pop-up manufacturers that use the 4inch C-channel frame and 3500lb axle have no issues with using a WDH. What would you suggest here? What I be ok with going with a 350lb TW 3500lb GTW weight distribution kit? or am I going to break something? Thanks!
