These Rhino-Rack Heavy Duty crossbars are built from aluminum and made to handle serious weight. With a 220-lb capacity (always follow your vehicle’s own limits), you can load up kayaks, camping gear, or contractor tools without worrying about flex or fatigue. The tough construction gives the system a solid, dependable feel that holds steady on long drives and rough roads alike.
When you’re hauling on the highway or heading off to camp, you don’t want your load shifting or rattling. The rubber strips inside the top channels give each bar a cushioned surface that keeps gear from slipping and helps reduce vibration and noise. That extra grip means your cargo stays put, even when the road gets bumpy.
These square crossbars are ready for hard work and outdoor play. The top channels accept Rhino-Rack Heavy Duty gear like ladder rollers, load stops, and eyebolts, so you can set up for construction jobs during the week and switch to kayak cradles or awnings for weekend adventures. It’s a versatile setup that makes one rack do it all.
The included 2500 Series legs lock onto your vehicle’s naked roof using a custom fit kit. Cover plates keep everything secure once installed, protecting against tampering while maintaining a clean look. You get peace of mind knowing the rack is held tight where it belongs—ready for miles of hauling without worry.
Each part of the system is backed for the long haul—crossbars with a limited lifetime warranty, legs with 5 years, and the fit kit with 5 years. The durable aluminum construction and solid locking design give you a rack that stands up to weather, weight, and regular use trip after trip.
