I’m very happy with the quality of the rack and the fit is perfect. Assembly instructions could be better.
Product fits perfectly on my 2018 chevy cruze hatch. Feels nice and secure.
Product arrived all intact, assembly instructions could use some work couple things a little confusing. But got through OK.

Great product, installation took a while but overall very happy. Staff was excellent. Delivery on time
Overall good but it makes a whistling noise when I drive. Very loud and annoying.
Product was delivered in a damaged and taped up box. After opening the damaged box, I see that it was missing several critical parts in order to install it. It was missing the end caps for the cross bars, the torque allen key, the measurement strips and 1 euro crossbar adaptor. I wont be able to use it and feel so frustrated that being a high priced roof rack it comes with the bars and the legs being worn. This has been the worst experience and makes me think twice about purchasing products online.

just had it put on today. Looks great. Going to get kayak tomorrow. Will know more when I see how it rides with kayak on it.
The rack fit perfectly and was easy to install with the directions provided.
Functionally, it is great. However it is so super loud. Even with my radio on, when I drive all I hear is a huge annoying whistle.

Very excited about the new rack. It was fairly easy to install and put together thanks to the great detail in the instructions. They were very specific with measurements for my vehicle.
