Question:

I would like to mount a rooftop tent on a new 2022 Subaru Forester. I would like to know if the Rhino-Rack CXB legs and HD crossbars will fit the factory raised roof rails on this Forester. Will these work on the Forester?

The Rhino-Rack CXB Leg Kit for Raised, Factory Roof Rack Side Rails # CXB will fit the factory rails on your 2022 Subaru Forester as long as those rails are not more than 1-1/2" tall and not more than 2-1/4" wide. This would allow you to use Rhino Rack HD cross bars like the Rhino-Rack Heavy-Duty Roof Rack Crossbars # RB1250.

It is also important to note that since these use the Rhino Rack HD bars, you may have a difficult time finding a rooftop tent that fits. That is because the HD bars are larger and use a larger channel for channel mount accessories.

Id recommend going with the 2022 Subaru Forester Roof Rack by Rhino Rack which consists of:
