If your 2012 Lexus CT 200h has the kind of sunroof that goes into a cavity inside the roof and no part of it sticks up, then it will not interfere with a roof rack like Rhino-Rack Roof Rack System with Vortex Aero Crossbars, # RRVA118B-2, # RRRLKVA, # DK394, which you referenced.
