The best roof rack for your 2014 Lexus CT 200h is the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - 46" Long - Qty 2 # RRVA118B-2. You will also need Leg Kit # RRRLKVA and Fit Kit # DK394 to install this system onto your roof. This has the highest weight capacity available, rated at 165lbs.

The crossbars have a top T-slot channel that allows a large variety of accessories to be easily installed. This is not as low-profile as other crossbars and should give you the most roof clearance compared to other roof racks, but I cannot guarantee that it will work with your moonroof since we have not tested this on a 2014 Lexus CT 200h yet. But I did some research and this roof rack has about 3-3/4" clearance between the roof and the bottom of the crossbar, so you can measure how tall your moonroof is when it is opened up and verify compatibility. For a trailer hitch you will want to go with Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11200 as this is the only hitch receiver for your vehicle. This has a max tongue weight of 200lbs and max towing capacity of 2,000lbs. You are limited to a 2-bike carrier since this is a 1-1/4" class 1 hitch. If you do not have a 1-1/4" bike rack then I recommend the Hollywood Racks Destination Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # HLY94FR. This bike rack is only 20lbs and can hold 2 bikes weighing 35lbs each. It allows bike tires that are up to 3" wide.
