Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the Derale 18 Inch Reverse Rotation Fan Clutch Fan. It has an 8,000 RPM rating. Now this is an 18 inch diameter by two inch deep durable steel replacement fan, and it's guaranteed to offer maximum full-time airflow and fit most OEM clutches. The reverse rotation design on this fan means that it'll go counter clockwise.
You can see the sticker that shows you the rotation, so it's designed to go counter clockwise. And this will serve as a replacement for your factory fan. The eight hole hub right here fits most OEM clutches as it offers two different flange bolt spacings. In other words, if you measure across, there's two sets of four holes. So if you measure across the widest ones, it's three and a quarter inches center to center.
If you measure across at the closest ones, it's three inches. Now this is constructed of a durable steel. It has a nice black powder coat finish on it, and it is made in the USA. As we mentioned, the diameter, which is measured here, 18 inches. Total depth is right at two inches deep.
And again, the RPM rating on this is 8,000 RPM. But that should do it for a look at the Derale 18 Inch Reverse Rotation Fan Clutch Fan.

This is a well made, quality fan that I installed on a new chevy 350 H.O. in my '78 4x4. No problem with cooling or high r.p.m.
Built really well, as good or better than the OEM fan, and a noticeably higher volume of air flow. little over a year in vehicle and still very happy

Just as I hoped. Its a mechanical 7 blade HD reverse rotation radiator fan and it draws a whole lot of air through the radiator
