You turn on the water and it's coming out of the tub spout instead of the shower. This diverter valve lets you pull to switch it over to the shower head so you can rinse off without messing with the flow.
Water flows to the wrong outlet when there is no way to redirect it. This valve includes a pull knob diverter. You switch between tub and shower flow directly at the valve without stopping water.
Water temperature shifts when the valve cannot hold a steady mix. Dual knob handles give separate hot and cold adjustment. You set each side and keep the temperature where you want it during use.
Adding a handheld shower setup requires the right outlet connection. This valve uses a D-spud fitting for attachment. You connect a compatible handheld shower set (sold separately) directly at the valve.

Hi, everyone. Steven here with etrailer. Today we're taking a look at the Utopia RV tub and shower diverter faucet with the D-spud. It's a dual knob handle and it's a nice, matte black color. Now, folks, if you don't already know, this is gonna be a great option for a replacement, maybe an upgrade. You got the two plastic nut keepers here.
They're gonna keep this installed onto the back plate, wherever you're putting this. It's a wall-mount installation, so you're putting this on the wall. And these are coming in to tighten it. You got this plate here as well that goes on. And then once it's flushed against the wall, obviously, you got the hot and cold handles, you've got the stopper here to then divert the water to go up into a shower handle head, whatever you got in your particular setup.
Now, if you don't have that already, you can purchase 'em separately here at etrailer. We have lots of different options, different lengths, different colors, and different styles as far as the shower head. Now this one here is kinda like a smoke black kind of color on the plastic handles. And then again, that matte black finish. Very nice.
And then of course, you got that diverter in there, you simply pull it up or down. And again, that backing plate. All this is standard-sized plumbing fitting. So you should be good there as far as swapping it out with something that you're replacing it with.
