This RV sewer elbow with rotating valves is a part of your motor home's waste management system. The elbow combines the flow of wastewater from your gray-water tank and your black-water tank. And the valves can be rotated as desired during setup to make it easier to reach.

Hello, neighbors and friends. Steve here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at a Double RV Waste Valve with Elbows rotating three inch spigot and a one and a half inch hub to three inch spigot. So folks, this RV sewer elbow does combine a one and a half inch waste valve and a three inch waste valve, which can be used as a replacement part or simply upgrade your existing setup. The elbow merges the flow of waste from your black water tank and gray water tank. The rotating valves offer easy access at the mounting locations.
The position that you can position the valves at a desired angle during installation. And the three inch spigot slides into your RV's black water line. And the one and a half inch slides onto your gray water line. And the three inch spigot also slides into a separate sewer line. It has made a very durable ABS plastic construction.
I recommend you get some ABS solvent cement that's sold separately. That is required for installation. And the gray and black handles here make it easy to identify gray water and black water in black. So folks, very nice, simple part here. Nice, sturdy.
Overall, side to side, I measured and got about 10 and a half inches overall from side to side. And for a height, well, let's just go ahead and show you both. So side to side, like I said, about 10 and a half. And as far as a height, if we're counting up here on top of the handle, pretty much right about 10, 10 and a half inches tall as well. Well folks, that should wrap it up for our look at this Double RV Waste Valve.

We did a remodel of a fifth wheel into a mobile clinic. IT required a complete re-plumb including the tanks. We needed to alter the grey and black tanks outbound water and this worked really well.

I have not installed it yet but I could not get it any faster from anyone else. Price was as good as anyone else’s also. Paid a little extra to get it faster and received it as promised. Overall I had a great experience with Etrailer’s services and products.

Installation was a breeze. I purchased a 2ft section of 3" & 1-1/2" ABS pipe, two 1-1/2" right angle, one 1-1/2"coupler and one 3" coupler, cleaner (MEK/Acetone) and ABS cement. I cut all pieces first fitted them all first before gluing. Prepared all sections with cleaner first before applying ABS cement. Pictures show the "before" with duct tape in leaking sections.

I have a 2025 Winnebago View 24D with cable actuated dump valves, which either don't close and leak or are just very difficult to use..So I replumbed it to like the 2012 24J Winnebago View we traded in on the 2025. New valves are easier to operate and close tightly, looking forward to years of no problems now..been rving for 52 years never had these problems with any other rvs we have owned..Thanks for the parts

Works great. I made a plan and upgraded my RV waste plumbing to be 3" for both the black and grey tanks. Additionally I used flexible rubber fittings for some of the longer pieces instead of gluing it all together. This will be more serviceable in the future if any of the sections of pipe were to fail. I had to replace this valve because the grey tank pipe split along the pipe seam for the second time. Overall, this valve was exactly what I expected and fit with my plumbing plan perfectly.

That sounds like a really solid upgrade. Moving both your black and gray tanks to 3" plumbing and using flexible rubber fittings is a smart call especially for future serviceability. It’s great to hear the valve fit right into your setup and worked exactly as expected. Hopefully that helps prevent any more issues with those pipe seams going forward. I just gave it an average because I should have ordered a gate vale with just a 1 1/2 in. outlet positioned another way. The 1 1/2 on this one was facing outward causing the whole valve system to be too long and set the tank too far back under the trailer. I used it, however I cut the 1 1/2 value outlet off and plugged the hole and I will feed my shower drain and sink drain into the 2 in. outlet and close it off when needed with the extra gate I ordered for the 2 in. outlet..

The double waste valve assembly looked pretty well-made. However, I had to return it as the ends didn't match my motorhome. I chatted with Audrey through email and she was very helpful.
I tried to contact e-Trailer shortly after I ordered it, to cancel. Their customer Service process is crap. It took 3 business days for them to respond. By then the order had shipped. Bottom line, I had to pay the return shipping. I'll just go back to [online vendor]. Free returns.

I went to the big RV store, you know the one, to get my broken dump pipe fixed. They said they had no parts that would fit and they would just go to the hardware store for parts and build it from scratch.
I decided to search the web and found exactly what I needed at eTrailer.
I thought the replacement part T81 would need some modification to fit but it didn't. Greg was very helpful and got the order out that same day. Another project done.
Here's some photos. You can see that I used the existing fittings on the RV pipes and just bolted on the new waste valves and elbow. Took about an hour.
I decided to search the web and found exactly what I needed at eTrailer.

- Difference Between Valterra # T81, # T81A, and # T81B Double RV Waste Valves The difference between the three Valterra Double RV Waste Valves referenced in your question has to do with their fittings, specifically their use of hubs or spigots. Basically a spigot (also referred to as the "male" fitting) will go inside of a hub/socket while a hub (female) goes over a spigot. This has hubs on both ends of it for a 3 inch and 1-1/2 inch pipe. Since it's a hub that fits over the 3 inch pipe it would have an outer diameter of 3-1/2 inch like you are looking for. The center fitting is a 3 inch spigot which means it fits into a 3-1/2 inch pipe. Hubs fit OVER pipes and spigots fit IN to pipes.
