Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at the Valterra Y DWV fitting for RV sewer systems. Now this Y drain waste ventilation fitting is part of your RV sewer system. It's designed to connect to other drain pipes or the outlets that move waste out of your RV or motor home. It does feature the Y configuration, simple installation. We're looking at three inch hubs. You slide the hubs onto your sewer system pipes and you get it fully installed and secured using ABS solvent cement.
That is sold separately. If you need some, it's available at etrailer.com with part number A05-0303.This unit itself is made from a durable sturdy ABS plastic construction. Now all of the connection points measure the same. They're all three inch hubs and with a three inch hub, that's three inch piping. So, the inner diameter is actually measuring right at three and a half inches.
The overall length of the straight part of the unit edge to edge right here. You can see that that measures about eight and 3/4 of an inch long. That's going to do it for today's look at the Valterra Y drain waste ventilation fitting for RV sewer systems.
