Hi everyone. Steven here with etrailer. Today, we're taking a look at an RV designer adapter. It's gonna adapt from a seven-way RV down to a five-way flat connector. Now this is gonna be made primarily and used in lightweight trailer connections. Again, seven-way down to your five flat is what they're calling it.
And normally, you're gonna see something like this as far as a fire flat, primarily on boat trailers and those kind of things because you need that fifth terminal for the reverse lockout on some boat trailers or the reverse light switch, those kind of things. Now this has a nylon durable housing. It's easy to latch securely in place along with the molded clip up top. So when you plug it in, usually have a spring loaded door on the socket style that's gonna clip onto this. And then you have these two finger holds to easily and securely pull it away from that plug.
Again, designed for nice durability and long lasting life. This is the seven-way to five-way flat RV designer adapter. I'm Steven with etrailer. Thanks for watching, and have a great day.
