Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we take a look at this 24 inch long, 3/8 inch thermoplastic high pressure hose, with the 3/8 inch female flare swivel ends. Now this is a 3/8 inch inside diameter general purpose hose assembly, and it's used for LP and natural gas connections. The length on this is 24 inches long. We mentioned on each end it has the 3/8 inch size female flare swivels and the wrench size that you use to tighten those down is three quarters of an inch. I mentioned it's a thermoplastic construction.
That's a plastic polymer, which will become more soft when it's heated and hard when it's cool. Now this hose is typically used to connect portable propane gas equipment to a propane supply or even a slide out on an RV to the main piping system. This is approved for all RV use in the USA and Canada. And this part is made in the USA. Now the maximum pressure rating on this hose, 350 PSI and the temperature range is a negative 40 degrees Fahrenheit, up to 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
But that should do it for the review on this 24 inch long, 3/8 inch thermoplastic high pressure hose with the 3/8 inch female flare swivel ends..

I haven't attached the new hose yet, but it looks to be exactly what I need! Thanks
Hi Amy. My wife and I were getting ready for a month-long trip in our 34' forest river travel trailer, when I noticed a propane smell on the left rear of the trailer where the kitchen slide is. after crawling around underneath I found small cracks in the original propane hose. I was pleasantly surprised to find you had the exact hose (length and fittings) I needed to do the repairs. I would recommend rv owners with slides where there is a propane appliance that slides out to check the propane hoses at least once a year. Thanks again.
Squirrels chewed a hole into my propane hose. RV repair techs didn't want to deal with a small job and referred me to the dealer. Dealer couldn't locate a part number for the replacement. eTrailer showed me the hose that was right for my travel trailer. I had to purchase a couple of brass nipples ($8.00 at Lowes) and some thread sealant. It took me 20 minutes to replace the hose. eTrailer got me the right hose quickly and followed up to insure that it worked well for me. Great service from an online company.
Exactly as described, reasonably priced, and quick delivery.
its working great !
This hose is outstanding for use with an in-home space heater; much better in function and appearance than a standard metal flextube connector.
Exactly what I needed. Very durable. Timely delivery and EXCELLENT customer service. I will definitely do business with them again!
Nice heavy duty propane hose that's actually 3/8 ID instead of the cheaper ones that are 1/4
Great quality. Worked perfectly for my Onan generator installation.
The hoses were SOLID! Such a great product. Had no issues installing them for an outdoor kitchen.
Replaced a 3 Burner stove top in my rv . The shorter 2 ft length was just what I needed without having extra hose to get in the way .
The hoses are doing as expected. But dealing with William was exceptional. Customer service there had been top notch every time I’ve interacted with anyone from the team.

Thanks for your order. I'm glad to hear you were taken care of! What projects are you working on currently?
Perfect replacement hose between my frame mounted 100lb tank and regulator. My old hose was pretty rigid from age and after replacing my regulator the old hose developed an ever so slight bubble where the hard rubber met the swivel fitting. Old hose was just too old to remain flexible. This new hose was the exact same length and being new could adapt to the contours needed.

Perfect! Also, I've heard good things about the Onan generators - how have you liked it?
