  It's going to be easier to place the gaskets on the pipe and slide the Camco RV Wastewater Tank Replacement Valve # CAM39513 in between. If you can't get the gaskets to stay in place the what I recommend doing is taking a small piece of tape to keep them in place until you can get the Camco valve started. Once the valve is started you should be able to remove your tape and slide the valve the rest of the way before installing the bolts and nuts.
