Marker lights r andamber mounting holes 3 3/8 clear to also need 1 1/2 sewer valve 3inch to and grommets for utoility dors

The Optronics clearance light part # MC48AB has a distance of 3-3/8 inches between the mounting holes. The red version is part # MC48RB.
I am thinking you are looking for a sewer valve like the part # CAM39513. This has a 3 inch diameter and an easy way to open and close with the handle on top.
