Today, well be taking a look at the Camco water hose brass 90 degree elbow, part number CAM22505. As you can see here, we are out our city water connection on the back of our camper. Right here is the actual fitting. Its a 90 degree brass fitting. Female end here has a rubber O-ring washer style that prevent leaks. Male end is threaded so this can be used on either the back end of the camper like this and you connect your garden hose here so it will go into here and then your garden hose will go in. It will go like that. Now, this can also be used at your home.
You can use it on an outside water spigot. On that case, we would just connect it here on this end and then put your hose down here so it is more solid. It can be used in the home, in camper, freezers 00:00:52, water spigot, pretty much wherever you need to use a 90 degree fitting. By being like this, it will help take the strain off of your hose if we had a situation where we needed the hose to drop straight down. This will eliminate the strain on the fitting here as well as on your hose itself so that you dont have to put the hose in such a binding grip like bend it. The brass fitting actually takes the place of the bend. I will go ahead and just thread it in the back of the city water connection here on the camper but as you can see here, the bumper would be in the way for this particular camper but you can thread it in.
You can take your hose and thread it in underneath Now, ideally it wouldnt have a bumper here on the way but if this wasnt here, by having this 90 degree brass elbow, it will actually take the strain off of your hose so youd have less chance of getting it kinked right here because the brass fitting takes the place of that. As Ive shown earlier, lets say if were going to actually connect it to our water spigot at our house. We would thread this in down here like this. Tighten it down. A washer is in there to give us a leak free seal. Were going to take the other end of the hose or the female end and thread it on like this so it is a versatile 90 degree elbow.
Again, it would take the strain off of it. You have less chance of kinking because its already just a straight down and the strain is put here on the elbow not in your rubber hose. Now, if youre on a situation like we have here where your water hose connection is right in line with your bumper, Camco does make another solution. Instead of a 90, its actually a 45 degree so wed thread it in to go at 45 and then your hose would clear your rear bumper. This is part number CAM22605. Either one of these will do the same function. It all just depends if youre on a situation where your bumper might interfere with where the hose should be.

Excellent service, quality parts. Recently ordered brass 90 & 45 degree elbows and a shut off valve to connect a wash and dryer to the existing shutoff outlet in order to set the machines closer to the wall.These quality parts were not available at the plumbing supply store. I am actually using two of these for my condo washer water supply fittings. The angle is perfect for our installation and after one year no leaks, no problems at all.
Overall, the products have held up well. That would be the brass fittings. The hoses were not as durable and I have replaced all the fittings with better ones. The filter works well and I am really happy with it. Reminds me, need to clean the sediment filter.
I give etrailer an A- and would recommend them to my friends and family.

This product was cost-effective and and doesn't think the hose coming into my fifth wheel trailer.
I needed a hose and brass elbow to make the water connection on my 5th wheel RV. The connection would also incorporate a water filter. The quality products work fine and most important, no leaks. I have purchased other trailering products from Etrailer and can count on their quality to get the job done.
The Brass Elbow -90 Degree that I received helped me to solve a problem.
I did not use the Elbow for a camper, I used it to make access easier to a spiket outside of my house for a hose attachment. The spiket is located almost at ground level and the elbow once connected to it, makes it easier for one to attach a hose without bending down so far.
An acquaintance of mine who is a trailer owner suggested it to me instead of me
having to pay a plumber to relocate the spiket. If there was a larger Brass Elbow, I
would have purchased it instead.

Water elbow is a necessary complement to the pressure regulator, potable water filter, and flexible hose connector.
Works as expected, takes the pressure of my water supply hose off my trailer connector reducing the chance of a leak. Would definitely by again.

I have the unit inside where I hook into my freshwater tank or city water and I have a hose coming up out of the floor unit so it keeps the hose from kinking or bending and I may be in the market to buy a few more because Im putting in a water filtration system to take out rust and sediment and bacteria and disease and also Im going to be putting in a water filter system that Im getting out of debt in Texas that will eliminate water spots when Im washing my vehicles off in my fifth wheel trailer so in order to put these units inside the bay Ill need more of them to keep the hose from bending on corners. Everything works really well that I purchased from you so far keep up the good work!
