Shame on me for not doing more research on brass compatibility with aluminum tank. It will not work. You need to include this in product information.

A year in I can say this little valve has made camper life more enjoyable. It removed one of the extra tasks I hated doing at the start and end of my camping weekends. If this valve fails it will be replaced immediately. If I bought a new camper it would be the first accessory I buy.

Makes draining the tank Sooooo much easier. We drain tank and water lines each time before towing, water is 8.8 lbs per gal, every little bit helps to cut fuel costs. Highly recommended!
P.S. don't forget teflon tape*

This was just what I needed at a great price. I only needed the 1/4 inch portion of it and it was easily removed from the 1/2" to 1/4" bushing. Works great.

Your Atwood GC6AA-10E Water Heater does not require an anode rod so you will be able to use the Drain Valve # CAM11703. You do not need the Anode Rod w/ Drain # CAM11533 which you found.

The Camco RV Drain Valve # CAM22243 is not designed for use on the hot water tank. The 3/8" # CAM11683 and 1/2" # CAM11703 drain valves are the only style drain valves we carry for compatible with hot water heaters. These do not have a barb on it like the drain valve above. The Camco Water Heater Drain Valve Replacement - 1/2" # CAM11703 is a durable brass fitting as are all of our water heater drain valve replacement options. If your water heater has aluminum threads as you mentioned, we do not have a fitting that will work as brass and aluminum will have a galvanic corrosion because they are not compatible metals. Replacement Stop Cock Valve Recommendation for 1/4 inch Fitting
If you do indeed need a 1/4 inch drain valve the part # CAM11663 would be the correct one for you. I went out into our warehouse to measure this and found that the larger threads are 5/8 in diameter, the hex head is 3/4 of an inch wide, the smaller second set of threads is 1/2 inch in diameter and the threads are 9/16 inches wide. With the outside fitting removed from this it should work for you.
