To make sure this toilet fits your RV, measure from the wall to the center of the floor flange. This is the rough-in measurement and you'll need at least 10" for a proper fit. If your current toilet is still installed, you can measure from the wall to the mounting bolts for a good estimate of the flange location. Just keep in mind that an offset flange or a 4-bolt toilet can throw off this measurement, so if you're not sure, removing the old toilet is the best way to double-check before you order.

SO I have had the toilet for 3 weeks and now it is not holding water. Chatted with Amy and she said this is a known issue and to pull up on the ball and it made it worse. Now they won't take it back, so I have to go through Dometic
So far it works great did have issue with the ball seal not sealing put Vaseline around seal its all good lol
Just what I needed
Real nice toilet, replaced a Dometic 300 which had a odor problem. Easy to install works great. Good price and shipped quickly. I had ordered 2 from [online vendor] and both were broken when received.
I recommend etrailer!
The toilet itself is nice however the seal that holds water in the bowl doesn’t hold water after only a week of installation. I bought new seals including the lubricant to replace the original and it still does not hold water. If there wasn’t this problem I would give it five stars.

We love this toilet. The jets all the way around keep the bowl much cleaner. The only downside is the lid. It's heavy due to wood and leans a bit next to the wall, leaving some white on the wall (not the toilets fault obviously!).

Still as functional as the day we installed it !
Toilet looks great. Love the soft close toilet seat. I did have to change out one of the hose connectors as it wasn’t tight enough and had a small leak. New hose clamp and problem solved. Flushes really nice!

This was a direct replacement for my old Dometic 310. Cracked and leaking base. I've been around RVs since I was about 10 years old. Now 60. This is the best RV toilet I've found. Only complaint is related to water flow after filter. *filters fault* normal pump pressure cleans with good swirling action. The original toilet, I had to shim the foot pedal to prevent dumping action from slight pressure for filling.the new toilet was perfect. etrailers service has always been great for all of my purchases. Nice to talk to reps that actually understand what you're trying to order.
When it was originally sent I had an issue with UPS - the box arrived damaged and empty! Someone at UPS probably dropped it. I did not accept the delivery - contacted etrailer who acted fast and I just got the replacement in what seems to be perfect condition today. Excited to install it soon - really like the height improvement and it looks much better than the original 300 plastic model.

Product is working great - used it all summer. Super easy to install because of compatibility I am not that handy. Only issue was getting the seal on just right - had to take off once when seal moved when installing and it leaked but everything perfect 2nd try. Much nicer and now glad my original 300 model broke!
This was my first time using etrailer. My 310 toilet arrived in a few days in great shape and was an easy install.

We are full timers and so far no issues. In fact the ball seal works better than the previous exact same model which must of had a defect.
This toilet was a replacement for the same Dometic toilet that was 8 years old but developed a hairline crack in the bowl. Toilet was the same color and installed easily. etrailer shipped it to the RV park where we were staying and it arrived on time and in fine shape.
LOVE the raised height works great and the whirlpool flush is better than prior. My prior toilet had a broken flush valve over winter use so implementing better practices (eg mini space htr in bathroom when not winterized) so reliability more than 1 year I can’t yet speak to.
ONLY ding is this doesn’t fit properly in the mini(?) toilet this replaced in my 2019 Salem FSX. By properly I mean toilet fits water flange but lid doesn’t full open/ close w/o rotating base inwards on install compared to mini-let due to tight quarters. Strange/ new orientation when I’m taking care of bidness yet fully functional - just word of caution for those with smaller RVs/ br spaces

When I received my order part of the order was damaged during shipping, I contacted etrailer and advised them of the issue, The phone was answered on the first try and the lady was extremely helpful and polite and replaced the item immediately. They all leak. The bowl will not hold water. This is my 4th one. The last one it took a second one to solve the problem and it didn’t last long. That was over 10 years ago. DOMETIC still hasn’t solved the problem.
I will not buy another DOMETIC Toilet. Leaked from the first day. Cleaning the gasket isn’t helping. I can send you a DOMETIC toilet bowl with no water in it but who wants to see the inside of a toilet
This was almost an exact replacement for my Forrest River trailer - actually an upgrade, as it has a slow close lid. Installation was simple and works great! Color was an exact match - to keep the look of the trailer consistent. Very nice product!

I have reached out to the manufacturer about this issue before for other neighbors. They say that sometimes when you go to clean the toilet bowl, the flush ball that sits at the opening can get knocked out of its groove. You would just need to make sure its seated properly and it should be holding water again. To do this you would push the floor pedal down, reach in and re align the ball. If its been knocked off its pivot point, it should sort of snap back into place.
