When cabinet space is tight but you still need dependable cold storage, this 2.2 cu ft drawer refrigerator fits compact RV and marine installations. Its internal compressor supports a smaller footprint, so food stays within easy reach.
Replacing refrigeration in a compact galley often comes down to finding usable storage without giving up valuable cabinet space. This drawer-style refrigerator packs 2.2 cu ft of capacity into a compact footprint, and the internal compressor layout helps simplify installation planning around your existing space. You gain refrigerated storage that stays accessible while preserving room for the rest of your setup.
Traditional doors can become awkward when walkways are narrow or surrounding cabinetry limits clearance. The drawer-opening configuration lets you reach food and drinks from above, making access more convenient when your refrigerator is installed in a confined area. Loading and unloading your supplies feels less disruptive to the rest of the space.
Experienced owners often look beyond basic refrigeration and pay attention to how a unit integrates into the surrounding interior. The black front panel paired with CHROMELOCK styling gives your installation a finished appearance associated with Vitrifrigo's premium marine-focused design approach. Your refrigerator looks intentionally integrated instead of appearing like an afterthought added to the cabinet.
Electrical requirements matter when refrigeration becomes part of a mobile power setup. The dual-voltage 12/24V DC design supports operation from common low-voltage systems, reducing the need to work around a single power standard. It becomes easier to incorporate your refrigerator into the electrical configuration already in place.
Cabinet openings rarely present the same mounting challenges from one project to the next. An adjustable mounting flange provides flexibility during installation, helping accommodate the requirements of your available opening. The refrigerator can be positioned and secured with greater control, making the finished installation look more deliberate and complete.

Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look together at this Vitrifrigo Black RV Refrigerator. Now, this compact refrigerator is gonna be a great option for you to consider if you're looking for reliable cold storage without giving up a lot of valuable space. This is gonna give you 2.2 cubic feet of refrigerated storage while maintaining a compact footprint, making this especially well-suited for those tighter installations. Now, as you might know, Vitrifrigo specializes in RV and marine refrigeration with its Italian-built design. So, they're known for efficient use of limited space, flexible installation options and low-voltage operation.
So, it's going to give you a more premium finish. It's gonna feel more purpose-built than like your typical compact RV or marine refrigerator. Now, instead of a traditional swing-out door, this uses a drawer-style design. And because of the way this opens, I'm somewhat limited in showing you the inside here with my current camera setup, so I'm gonna try to do the best that I can here just to kind of swing this around a few different ways to give you some different angles. If you notice here we do have this gray film on certain places on the inside.
That's to protect the finish, so you're just going to peel that film off when you get it. So, we have our little freezer here. Not much space at all in the freezer, maybe good for some cold packs. You will get a little ice cube tray as well for that little freezer. To give you more of a view of the drawer side, let me go ahead and see if I can give you an overview and give you just a look as best as I can into the drawer itself.
So, this drawer design's gonna make it easier to access your food and your drinks in those more confined areas or spaces where there may not be enough room for a refrigerator door to open comfortably. This also has a venting option, so, for instance, if you're not going to be using this fridge for a while, so, and it's gonna be like in storage or what have you, you have the ability, and it might be kinda hard for you to see here, but there's a little vent, a little notch here that you're just gonna slide over, and then that's gonna prevent the door from closing all the way. Mine's a little bit tight here, so it will loosen up, so I was able to move it over there. And what that's gonna do is that's going to prevent the door from closing all the way, so it's going to kinda just be slightly ajar to allow ventilation. And the idea there is you're not gonna have to worry about this refrigerator getting musty or moldy with it being closed all the way, and it's not on and it's not in use.
So, virtually every Vitrifrigo fridge that I've seen has that option, so that's a great option to have. So, this has a more upscale, marine-inspired appearance. I really like this black laminate front panel, and it's a matte black panel and it's anti-fingerprint, so that's nice as well. You're not gonna have to worry about constantly wiping off fingerprints or smudges. It's scratch-resistant, and it really has a nice, soft touch to it. And the internal compressor is going to help conserve installation space while the adjustable mounting flange is gonna give you some flexibility when fitting the refrigerator into different cabinet openings. So, I went ahead and took some measurements before our time together. The overall height, we are sitting right at about 21 7/8 inches. And then the overall length, about 20 3/16 inches. And then the overall depth from the front all the way to the back, about 21 5/16 inches. This weighs a little over 40 pounds, so it's not terribly heavy. I was able to get it on my tabletop here without a whole lot of problems. Again, give you another view there. But overall, this is going to be a great choice if you're looking for a compact built-in fridge with convenient drawer access, flexible installation options, and definitely a more premium appearance, and especially if space is limited. I wanted to mention that this is gonna operate on either 12-volt or 24-volt DC power, so it's gonna work well with low-voltage electrical systems that you, you know, commonly find in your RVs, boats, and other mobile applications.
