Providing Power to the Fridge
The Everchill wine cooler runs on AC power, the kind of power found in our homes and businesses. Since your RV runs off of a DC powered battery, you will need an inverter to turn the DC (direct current) into AC (alternating current).
The two popular types of inverters are modified sine wave and pure sine wave. You can use either to change your DC power to AC, but while a modified sine wave inverter will power the cooler, it won't run as efficiently as a pure sine wave inverter. This type of inverter provides you with a steadier stream of power, first pulling it from your DC battery, and then changing it into clean AC power for the cooler.
As long as you have an inverter with the capacity to meet the starting and running outputs of the cooler, you can power the cooler with your RV's battery or a generator.

Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at the Everchill wine cooler. Now, this cooler is perfect for keeping bottles cool without taking up much space. As you can see, the door is glass when it comes to the construction, so you're able to see through, so that way you can see directly into your cooler. Also, internally, it features a blue LED light, which illuminates the inside of the cooler, really adds a great look to the wine cooler. I'm going to go ahead and plug it in. That way you can get a good idea of what that light looks like.
It also has really nice quiet operation. To turn on the light, you need to open up the door, and right next to the temperature control is and on and off switch, so if you turn that on, that turns on the blue LED light. I'll go ahead and turn off the overhead lights, that way you can get a really good look. That will illuminate whatever is inside the wine cooler. Again, that easily turns on and off with the included on and off switch. That's a blue LED light. Now, the cooler comes preassembled, so it's ready for use right out of the box.
The door is able to open from either side. It's on a two-hinge system, one on top, one on the bottom. You will need to relocate the hinges to the other side of the unit, and it comes with the necessary hardware to make the switch if desired. The door has a recessed integrated indention right here, which gives it an easy-grip design, makes it very easy to open. Again, the temperature can be adjusted with the control knob right there at the top corner. It features one, two, three, four black wire shelves, and then you also have a slider here at the bottom, so five total.
These shelves do lock into place, so that way they don't move or shift around. If you have this in your RV, you don't have to worry about those shelves moving or coming out. Now, this shelf right here does not lock into place, and the bottom one does not lock into place, but the other three, they do lock into position. The capacity if 4.4 cubic feet. If we rotate it around the back, it does feature a drip tray located right above the compressor. The front feet are adjustable to ensure that your fridge is always as level as possible.
Model number on this unit is JC-128B. The product itself weighs around 67 pounds. Voltage is 115 volts. Here's your power cord, standard three-prong connector. 90-degree plug reduces the amount of stress placed on the connection point, so that's a nice design of the unit. Amperage is 1.1 amps. High-side pressure is 240 psig. Low-side pressure is 88 psig. Then, when it comes to the dimensions, I did take some measurements for you. The overall width from edge to edge is 20 5/16 of an inch wide. The overall depth from front to back is about 21 inches. Now, if you include these pieces right here, that increases the overall depth to about 21 3/8 inches. The overall height is 31 1/2 inches tall, and that's with the adjustable feet all the way threaded in, so measuring from the bottom of the foot to the top of the hinge cap, 31 1/2 inches. That's going to do it for today's look at the Everchill wine cooler.
