This performed as advertised and was a direct replacement.

by:

The product is a very nice product. Arrived quickly. My only issue is there was no follow up on the product being mailed. I would order more from this company.

by:

Simple to use and with a locking feature. The cover will keep things clean inside while moving down the road. Using this for my enclosed trailer build.

by:

Great product in a timely manner! Thank you!

by:

Good product at a reasonable price, just as advertised

by:

Very happy with my whole experience easy to find what I was looking for and delivery was here on the date promised

by:

Easy to install, however needed to make myself a backplate to install on the RV. The existing hole was a bit too big for my liking. I machined my own back plate and screwed this outlet to it, installed and wired to RV.

Works great. No complaints so far and it's been on the RV for a few months.

by:

The power inlet fit into the existing holereally well. However, the twist lock and my cord are difficult to get the threads aligned. The plastic threads are very fine and it is easier to get a cross-threaded start than on the other unit. I'm developing a technique that seems to work pretty often and am hoping that continuing to get it to start right will get it to work better. Other than that it is well constructed and does the job well

by:

I've been purchasing parts from etrailer for a number of years. I like the availability, quick shipping and the extra product info/video provided. Not always the cheapest price but the extra attention has value. I had to modify this plug install somewhat since I didn't want to try and make an additional cut in the rv wall but, it all worked out just fine. Good going

by:

great replacement fits perfectly

by:

Good quality, sturdy and secure.

by:

Easy ordering

by:

This inlet is as solid as a tank. I'm very pleased with it as a replacement when the sidewall of a blown tire destroyed the original!

by:

Pairs nicely with the angled cord repla cement.

by:

Very good service and attention to the needs of the customer. Shipping was great and order arrived as promised. Would highly recommend

by:

Haven’t installed it yet but the shipping process was quick and easy.

by:

Worked perfectly & looked better than the original.

by:

Product works great, used it to add electric to home made trailer. Shipping was unbelievablely fast

by:

Replaced original fit perfectly. Had to call customer service to make sure this would match cord I purchased. Customer Service is great, shipping was great, website is awesome, selection is unreal. Replacing a few things on a used purchase.
Thank you for super fast shipping! It beat the rain here in North GA. We got it done!!!
Y’all keep up the great work. Corporate maybe give them a cash Christmas bonus! Online sales and order fulfillment represent your company well.

by:

Everything went perfectly!

by:

Got tired of shoving my power cable through a hole in the side of my RV, so I purchased this item and the female end for my power cord. Had to do a little adapting on the side of the trailer but assembly was simple. All in, I had it installed and my trailer powered up in less than 90 minutes.

by:

Works fine.

by:

Excellent value for the price & tech su pport.

by:

Super easy install. Identical to the OEM part. Had it done in 15 minutes.

by:

Inferior and over priced product.
Got
another one for 1/3 rd the price off of [online vendor] for $[XX].
Better quality as well.
I am extremely disappointed in this company.
Btw both products were manufactured by same company.

Hey Debbie, thanks for reaching out! We have kits like the B&B RV Electric Cable Hatch # BM85MR to help cover power inlets, but if you're looking for a cover that comes with an inlet, we unfortunately don't have those - you'll either need to use a hatch like what I just referenced, or you'll need to completely replace the inlet on your trailer. • Looking for Replacement Power Cord for 2007 Aliner LXE
Hey Del, the cleanest solution would be to make a weatherproof adapter/backing plate larger than the existing opening—something around 5" x 5" would give plenty of overlap. Aluminum, stainless, or a UV-resistant exterior plastic such as ABS would work. Seal the plate to the Aliner wall with butyl tape/sealant like part # AL64UV, then cut the approximately 2-7/8" opening in the center of the plate and mount #A10-30INBKVP to that.

  • Updating Power Plug on 1972 Truck Bed Camper
It sounds like you may have a connector on your truck bed camper that's similar to a hookup for a dryer. If that's the case we definitely don't have any adapters for it and you'll likely have a hard time finding one so rewiring it to a modern-style connector would be more beneficial and for that I recommend checking out the Pollak RV 7-Blade Plug End Socket w/Mounting Bracket # PK12-704. This does not mean your ambulance conversion project has a power distribution system rated only for 20 amps, just that your power cord is limited to such.
