Hi there, I'm Michael with each etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at the Stromberg-Carlson RV Jack Pads. On this set is going to have four of these 13 inch in diameter by two inch tall rubber pads that will snap onto your 10 inch round or octagonal feet of your RV's equalizer system leveling jacks. This is going to make it much easier and faster for you to get leveled and set up. You're not going to have to crawl under your motor home or travel trailer to position plastic pads or woodblocks. Once these are installed on your Jack Foot, they're going to stay installed.
So you're not going to have to remove them, put them back on, worry about carrying around other pads or blocks to get everything set up. These are going to be a permanent installation for you. Very easy to get installed, just lower your Jack Foot slightly, insert the foot onto the shoe. You might need to use a screwdriver to stretch the rubber as necessary to get it snap on there, but then once it's on, it's going to do a great job of providing a cushion for you. So your metal feet won't crack or chip your driveway.
They're also going to help dampen any vibration from inside your motor home that could cause shifting. They're also going to help protect your foot pads from rocks and roots that you might be set up on and help to grip uneven terrain and prevent that metal from rusting or bending. Because these are a 13 inch diameter, they're going to help increase the surface area of your feet to help prevent sinking into soft ground. And they do have these drains in here that are going to help release moisture to help prevent your Jack Feet from corroding. So they are going to be a great option for you.
This is the four pad set. We also have a six pad and several other quantities set up for you. So, if you're needing to replace one ever, or if you're wanting a higher quantity, we've got other options for you as well. But these are made here in the USA, so you can trust they're made to the high quality standards that we've come to know and trust for products that are made here in the US. These are going to do a really good job of providing that cushion and support that your RV needs.
I said that everything's going to be operational; can be very easy for you to get set up. So that's going to complete our look for today. Again, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Thanks for watching..
The pads fit perfect.
Kind of difficult to install, but good quality and work well..
The Stromberg Carlson RV Jack Pads for Equalizer Systems went on easy and have worked great. The RV seems to have more stability during high winds, which was one of the reason they were purchased.
First of all Samantha was very good at assisting me. Now I normally don't leave reviews but I thought I might help someone if I did on the Stromberg Carlson Jack Pads. I installed them on a 10" octagon EQ Stabilizer system. I believe the octagon are more difficult to install as they are turned up and need to be aligned with the jack pad to fit properly. Plan on a few hours for paint and install and hope someone will assist you. Use WD40 to help get the pads on and a small floor jack. They are nicely made and appear that they will last as well as do a good job. There is a reason the videos show them starting the install and struggling and then cut to the pad installed. Eat your Wheaties as you will need them. Start the pad on the foot and then place the jack with a small piece of wood underneath the pad. Raise the jack so it has light pressure and start the process of stretching the rubber over the foot, a small pry bar helps. Samantha recommended the Stromberg over the Snap Pad because of the octagon foot and stated that you can crush the sides with the Snap Pad during install. I definitely see the advantage of installing the Snap Pads as you will earn your Stromberg's.
Been on for a year with no issues. These are are solid, "ice hockey puck" like rubber. Not crumb rubber like the Chinese versions, and much better price. I expect these will last a long time.
I really like the Stromberg/Carlson pads. They were a tight fit getting them on, but a little dawn dish soap and a couple of screwdrivers did the trick. They’ve stayed on for about 7,000 miles in the last year and still look like new. Would buy again!
Just installed them and using them for the first time. Install was mostly pretty easy. Each one got easier. Seem solid!
They have worked flawlessly. They seem to hold up better than snappads.

Product still like brand new. Performing well and holding up better than my Snap Pads did in a similar timeframe
I installed these on a Newmar Bay Star with the EQ leveling jack system and have had no issues with them. I've put 12,000 miles on the unit and no problems with retention or wear. The jacks have been up and down hundreds of times. Installation is much more challenging than the manufacturer would lead you to believe. But with some strength and pry bars, once on they won't come off.
Super fast shipping!! Nicole was awesome to work with!! The Jack pads were easier to install than showed on the instruction videos!!
Thanks etrailer!
We have 10 inch octagon feet on our rv found it very hard to put on. Hopefully will stay on.
Have not installed yet because the coach is put away for the winter. But these look to be very high quality and I really like the design. As always, Etrailer has great prices and quick delivery with good communication!
