Video Transcript for A Closer Look at the etrailer Replacement RV Dinette Tabletop

Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com and today we're gonna take a look at this etrailer replacement RV dinette tabletop in cherry. This is going to replace or upgrade the tabletop for your etrailer RV dinette table, or it can be used with other dinette brands of the same size. So this is going to work as a direct replacement for the etrailer dining tables with the item numbers that you see there on your screen or if you are going to use this as a replacement table top for other dinette brands. Let me go ahead and pull out my tape measure here and give you the overall measurements so you can be confident that this is going to work for you. So the overall length, we are sitting right at 44 inches long and the overall width we are sitting pretty close to 30 inches wide. And this table is one and a quarter inches thick.

And this is going to require one or two table leg kits for a complete setup. And those, those kits are sold separately. But if you are in need of them we do have a flush mount mounting kit or a surface mount mounting kit. And I am including our item numbers on your screen for those mounting kits. So whichever one is going to work best for you either the flush or the surface, just take the item number and put it in the search field of our website and it will take you to that appropriate kit.

Now this table has internal screw plates that will assist in retaining and holding the screws that you we're going to use to mount the table legs to the bottom of your table. So those mounting plates are actually within this table and we have stickers here to indicate where those plates are inside of this table. So if you just need to use one leg to mount your table obviously you would put it right there in the center of the table. And if you're gonna use a two leg setup then you would use the plates on either side of the table. But these stickers are gonna make it very easy to know where to mount those mounting kits.

So you're not going to have to guess where those plates actually are. So again, those plates are going to help the retention of the screws that you are going to use to hold in those table legs. So you're not gonna have to worry about those screws becoming loose or potentially falling out. Now just to give you a close up here of the table itself, this is made here in the USA with an ultra strong high density EPS foam table top core. That's going to help ensure durability and stability.

This table is very solid. It doesn't feel hollow and it doesn't flex. So this is going to be a very durable table. And this cherry wood grain, which is one of my favorites it's actually a laminate that's going to give you the perfect accent color for your existing decor. I just wanna say that if you are looking for something other than this cherry laminate finish we do also carry these tables in a white laminate finish and also a maple laminate finish as well. So if cherry isn't what you're looking for, we do have other options here at etrailer as well. I do wanna point out that this table has an edge banding that goes around the perimeter of this table and that reinforces the table sides and seals moisture out.
