Unfortunately the spacing for your vehicle wouldn't allow for you to connect 60" Thule crossbars, but I do have two options for you. The first being that you still use your Thule feet and instead of using crossbars you use the Thule Caprock Platform Roof Tray # TH58YE. Roof Top Platform Tray that Fits 2023 BMW X1
We do have a very similar platform tray that fits the 2023 BMW X1 with the Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform part # RR47AB which would be your best option but Thule at this time does not have a Caprock setup they have confirmed is a fit for the roof of your vehicle. Thule doesn't list a reason why the CapRock won't fit but they are very thorough with their fits so I would assume they know for sure it's accurate.
