The key was fine. However, it did not work for me through no fault of you folks. My key was stamped either "009" or "600". Of course, for this series of numerals it was impossible to tell which it was. I had to choose one or the other so, I ordered "009". Unfortunately, the key did not work in my lock. If you have a key stamped "600" I could order that.3606711
