Bought a sears cargo carrier at a yard sale with no keys etrailer hooked me up just in time for vacation
Was hoping key would fit my vw locking roof bars and was so happy to find the key I ordered would fit. It was my understanding that vw roof bars are made by Thule. It seems to be the case so I'm very happy.

Amazing service! Leaving for vacation and two days prior couldn't find lock key for my Thule cargo carrier. Found one on etrailer and next day had it. Paid premium for over night but gotta do what you gotta do.
The keys were perfect, I could open the top parts of the rack but it seems that the bottom parts that sit on the roof are different cause I can open the end parts on them and there is no number on them or indication to match to a key number, beside that I,m very satisfied thank you

Katie and etrailer have been great. I got some incorrect info on the wrong key that was ordered. She quickly addressed the issue and sent out the correct key & all I had to pay for was shipping. It was fast and quick and we got the key with time to spare. It is customer service like this that separates the good from the mediocre.
