I lost all the keys to our Sears Sport 20-SV. The face of the lock core is stamped with 047. Based on that info would you be able to send a replacement key? Need by 25 March. Thanks!

Thule manufactured the Sport 20-SV roof cargo box for Sears, so their replacement keys are compatible. You'll need the # THKEYN047 replacement key.
Some of the lock cylinders used on the older 20-SV models were more shallow than what's currently being used. If you insert the key for the first time, and find it won't turn give the end of the key a rap with a mallet to fully seat the key in the lock cylinder at which point it should work fine. You'll only need to do that the first time you use the key.
