Love....... i have a mini cooper labeled bike rack that came with my car. Dealership wanted to sell me the whole lock. I would have needed four of them. And would have had to drill out the old ones. I came across your company in a Google search. Found out i wasn't the only one and it was possible to order just the key using number printed on the lock. Thanks guys
The whole process was great, the tracking system was helpful and it was delivered in a very timely matter, the only problem is that the key I order will not open the cargo box, I’m wondering if you have a universal key that I can order, I would hate to brake the latched and ruin the box, unless I can order the whole latch.

worked great once i could unlock the roof bars the noise was gone unless I needed them.
