Today we're going to be taking a look at the Camco clamp and carry chair and bike rack for standard RV ladders, part number CAM51430. Securely hold a bike or up to four chairs with the Camco clamp and carry chair and bike rack. It simply clamps to your RV or camper's ladder, giving you the support you need to carry up to a hundred pounds. When not in use, the arms swing out of the way so you still have full access to your ladder. It's made out of a glass-filled, nylon construction so it's going to resist UV rays, and the zinc-plated hardware is going to resist rust and corrosion. It's going to fit standard one inch diameter ladders, or 7/8 inch diameter ladders with included adapters.
It has the combinations to pass a padlock through. We recommend Masterlock part number ML4680DNKL. Now that we've got all the features, I'll go ahead and show you how to get it installed. Now we've already got our left side installed. The right side installs the exact same way. The first thing we can do is we need to take apart our clamp.
We'll take our included tool, and we'll just loosen it up until it comes apart. We can set it in place. We want to make sure we're lined up with the other one. We're going to set it on top of a rung just as you see it here. We'll bring our plate back in. When you install these, you'll want to be sure that you install them that way when you put the knobs in, they're going to be on the outside.
With it in place, let's go ahead and get our hardware started. Once you get everything started, you want to be sure and tighten everything down evenly. We'll go ahead and load up. First, we'll show you how to load up a chair. First thing we need to do, open up our latches, raise them up.
Then we'll just bring our chair up and set it in place. Let's go ahead and get our straps setup. We can take off the clip end of our strap, bring it around, and then we'll put it through this buckle here, and do the same thing over here. Now we can bring both sides around our chairs, we'll run it through the clip, and now we can connect both ends, and then pull it tight. As you can see, with that being done, it's going to prevent our chair from moving around or flapping in the wind. For our bike, we're just going to rest it in place on our seat post tube. You want to be sure that the tires are facing in. Once you've got it in place, go ahead and close it up. For our strap, we'll just run it the same way. This is going to prevent our bike from moving around while we're on the road. That's going to complete our look at the Camco clamp and carry chair rack and bike rack for standard RV ladders, part number CAM51430.

As advertised. Carries our two large zero gravity chairs with no problems. Love that the arms fold out of the way of the ladder rungs.
Works very well. Still in use after one year. I use small electric wires as twists for extra insurance that clips stay close during rough-road travel. Access to ladder has not been encumbered. I would purchase again.
Good product, holds at least two chairs, depending on the chair sizes and construction. Might be improved if the space between the arm and the clamp was deeper so that chairs with larger diameter tubes could be carried with the clamps locked closed. Regardless, I recommend the product and would buy it again.
Well made and bolt on tight. My 8ft fibre glass ladder fit good in it or could hold a couple chairs.
Easy to mount and perfect fit for the 2 gravity chairs which have been difficult to manage up until now

Everything iss as advertised. Good and strong, should have no problem doing the job. The only thing I did was add an extra strap.
Purchased this Camco product to attach camping chairs to the ladder on the back of my small Winnebago. They seem sturdy and I am hopeful the plastic arms and spring loaded clips that hold the arms in place will pass the test of time. It holds our two favorite camping chairs well and the supplied strap affixes to the ladder and the chairs to ensure everything is secure. I only rated it 4 stars because one of the bolts did not screw in properly to the nut that was imbedded in the opposite side. I also question the clip that holds the arm down.
Ok product. Not quite large enough for my lounge chairs so the locking arms will not close. It would have been helpful to understand the true working measurements of the product before buying. Made them work for now

The open space inside the carriers with the arms closed measures 2-1/4 inches tall by 6-1/2 inches wide.
Very happy, i always try to buy from etrailer first. When I find the product I want I go to etrailer to see if they sell it, if so I buy it.
Need to order some more parts for my Geo Tracker......
Easy to mount. Only could fit 3 of these chairs but it frees up space in the truck bed. I had to mount it a little high to not block the right tail light.
We carry our dog fencing with these brackets on our rear ladder. Works great.
My first order was received damaged. Etrailer got on it right away and sent me a replacement. The key is the communication and follow up by etrailer was 5 star.

Still going strong. I use rubber rope with a few hooks to secure the two chairs.
