You can replace a lost or damaged non-locking knob for your Swagman Original Series bike rack manufactured before 2009 with this knob. Includes a standard 3/8" bolt with knob for securing your top plate to the bike rack.

Still working as expected. Have used many times without any issue.
Glad to be able to get a replacement knob for my pre-2009 bike rack. etrailer gets 5* in replying quickly to my request for information and sending the parts out asap. The part fits perfectly; just too bad they don't make a locking knob for the older racks.
I've needed these for a while and finally added them to another order. New ones went on easier than the old ones came off. It's great that etrailer has these. They are my first go-to for anything that attaches to trailer hitches.
Product is same as Swagman part for older bike rack I needed to replace. However, etrailer charged much less for shipping than Swagman and part arrived more quickly. Thanks very much!
This was so easy. I was able to find, order and update my original Swagman 4 bike carrier with new parts that fit and work perfectly for a great price. Why didn't I think of it sooner.

Instead of buying a new bike rack, I have ordered new knobs at 2 different times. The service was very prompt and the knobs work great! It is like having a new bike rack at a fraction of the cost of a new one.

Exactly what I needed. I had worn out the originals and was about to throw away the whole bicycle carrier when I found I could just order new replacement knobs. The knobs wear out much faster than does the assembly. Tried them today and they work fine.
Work as expected. Great to find spare parts instead of replacing the entire rack. Good shopping experince. Buy local or buy anywhwre but [online store]!
The knobs were shipped promptly once etrailer received them from the manufacturer. I was kept up to date during the delay of shipment due to the manufacturer.
I was real excited about finding this products but when I tried it on the bike rack, it was too big. So I'm back to square one.
These are perfect replacements for my 4 bike rack.

The replacement knob worked as it should have, the little metal piece is hard to take off and get back on mfg. should look into a different setup their.
