I have an old Reese outfitter 4 bike rack. there are 2 top plates. I drove off with the one not attached and lost it. trying to find one or a set to replace

Swagman once made the bike racks for Reese, including your Outfitter rack. You can use the Replacement Top Plate for Swagman Original Series 4 Bike Carriers # P113. This includes the plate and knobs. This may differ slightly from the original part but it will work.
