So I have recently received this product. And it works!!!! I purchased two replacement valves from local home depot. And they where poorly made. The faucet kept leaking. I returned them not once but three times. Glad I found this sight. They sell quality product. Thanks a million

The valves fit an older Phoenix faucet and are hard to find. Fortunately, I was able to find them at etrailer.com. Also prompt shipping & emails.

Still opens & closes easily with no leaks or drips when closed.
I receive my order quickly. I have not installed the parts yet but appear to exactly what I need. I had checked 8-10 other locations but could not find what I needed until I check etrailer.com. Thanks

The galley faucet on my 29 year old camper was dripping when turned off. Looking at the situation, it would be a huge deal to replace the faucet due to access constraints. I am amazed that etrailer had the original equipment Phoenix cartridges, knob handles, and spout. All replaceable from the top in 5 minutes. Looks like new, works like new, WOW!
This replacement part was just what was needed to stop our shower head from dripping water.

Product is still doing its job. No dripping water!
Replacement faucet cartridges were nearly impossible to find from local RV stores. I was delighted to find what I needed for my 25 year old Winnebago Warrior from etrailer. Parts were exactly the same as the original.

Absolute OEM replacement. Etrailer has always had the right, high quality parts, for my needs.
I was pleased with your product because the removal of the old cartridge and the installation of the new cartridge was simple and straight forward and could be accomplished using common hand tools. By contrast I recently replaced a similar cartridge in a Moen and a Moen shower faucet and I had to go 140 miles to my nearest Lowes building supply store to buy a special tool. Thanks for a good product

It still doesnt leak
The drip-drip-drip of my RV shower faucet is fixed! The cartridge was a perfect fit and has been redesigned from the original so that adjustment of the water flow is easier. While I considered replacing the entire fixture, access to it would have been difficult. This did the trick. I also appreciate etrailer's attention to a small order and the only reasonable shipping rate I could find to Canada.

The shower faucet cartridges are working great. I dont even think about them, which is what you want in an internal component. Phoenix originally referred me to you when I contacted them for help to sort out my confusion over part numbers. I have since referred others to etrailer and hope to be a customer again in the future.
They fit very well and stopped the dripping. The ones from Home Depot did not fit, top of ring to small.

I was able to find replacement valves for my RV faucets at the etrailer website. The website was easy to use and I quickly placed my order. I received an email once my order was received and shipped. I received the correct parts and in a timely manner. Excellent website and customer service.
This appears to be an OEM part and quality is good.
I was happy to receive this product, but once it arrived I left it on a shelf for over 2 years until last week when I finally took the time to install it. Now the knob turns a lot more than the other knob, which just feels odd, but otherwise all is good.
