Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael with each trailer.com. Today we're going to take a quick look at the replacement corner brace assembly. This is going to replace the corner brace assembly for your Exang soft Tonneau covers. It's going to work with the full tilt SL as well as the Trifecta. Give you a little in use picture here.
You can see how it fits right in there in the corner to help keep our Tonneau cover square. This is an exact replacement from Extang so you can trust that it's going to work well. You're not going to have to worry about it not fitting or needing an adaptor or anything like that. It is going to be a seamless fit.It is the exact same part as the original, and it does come with all the hardware to get it installed, so these little tabs will slide into the rails there and then we have our bolts to get this fastened down just to make sure that everything is nice and square and give it a little extra support. It's really all there is to this.

Installed these corner braces in place of the broken aluminum design ones my extang full tilt came with. I was pleased these are steel. The ones I received didn’t have any decals on them like the pics but oh well. I did have to use thick washers under the screws to tighten them fully down but no complaints since these aren’t advertised as being for a full tilt cover. All in all good product and should perform as advertised.
This was purchased to repair an existing cover. The repair was completed without additional "hands" and done very quickly.
While I did not use this or its intended purpose by its design, I did use it on my 95 F150 tonneau cover railing. I still use them as corner, brackets, and drilled through my track to put the screws through. And it worked like a charm.
