Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look together at this Replacement Power Angling Cylinder for your Meyer Snow Plow. Now this is a hydraulic ram that's used on most Meyer snow plows to move the blade left or right. It's the part that's going to let you angle the plow while you're clearing snow. So when you use the plow controls, as you know, hydraulic pressure pushes this cylinder in or out which turns the blade to the side you want.

But if the cylinder is worn out, leaking, or bent, obviously that plow won't angle correctly or at all, which is going to make your plowing a lot harder and less efficient. This part is sold as one single cylinder, and it fits various Meyer snow plow models. It's a single-acting hydraulic cylinder, meaning hydraulic fluid pushes it in one direction, and the system returns it the other way. So some measurements that might prove helpful to you. This has a 1 1/2 inch bore by 12 inch stroke, and the overall height, when this is obviously retracted as I have it here.

See if I can show that to you here. I gotta make sure that I'm lining this up correctly too. So, measuring on center. So, center to center, it looks like we are sitting pretty close to 18 inches center to center when this is retracted. This is a genuine replacement part from Meyer.
