When spot-lock and high-draw use demand more from your batteries, the Double Time kit helps you stay out on the water longer. It pairs batteries in parallel to increase capacity while keeping the same voltage to your trolling motor.
Modern trolling motors can draw a lot of current, especially when spot-lock is working hard or conditions aren't calm. The Double Time kit pairs batteries in parallel to increase the capacity while keeping the same voltage to the motor. This gives you more usable time on the water without changing how your trolling motor behaves or how it's powered.
Adding batteries means working with tighter spaces and more connections. This layout uses quick connects to keep parallel pairing organized, even when space is limited. With the connectors attached at the batteries first, you're not trying to crimp, stack, and tighten hardware inside a cramped space. The wiring goes in with fewer awkward angles and less back-and-forth, so the install stays simple instead of turning into a job where you're fighting tools and clearance the whole time.

Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this Connect-Ease Double Time 36-volt Battery Parallel Kit. Now, if you're running a 36-volt trolling motor and you want more runtime without complicating your wiring, this Connect-Ease Double Time 36-volt parallel system is basically a plug-and-play solution. It's gonna make your life a whole lot easier. Now, what this kit does is it links two 36-volt batteries together in parallel. So instead of increasing voltage, it increases your overall capacity.
And in practical terms, that means that your trolling motor's going to get the same 36 volts that it needs, but you can stay on the water a whole lot longer before needing to recharge. So these connectors, you're going to put on your batteries. And then, as you saw, these are gonna connect easily to this wiring harness. That's how simple this is going to be to connect. And the nice thing is, everything here is already pre-wired and marine-grade.
So the installation's gonna be much simpler and more reliable than building a harness yourself. These connectors are designed to handle moisture and corrosion, which is a big deal, obviously, on boating setups. And another perk is that this kit includes a built-in charging lead. So when it's time to charge your system, you can hook up your onboard charger without tearing everything apart. So that's a great feature that this kit includes.
So again, this is going to include everything that you see here on my table. If you happen to have any other questions, whether it's about this kit or anything else that we have here at etrailer, don't hesitate to reach out. Because we do wanna make sure that you're getting exactly what you need. Well again, my name is Andy, thank you for joining me.

I really like how much easier the Connect-Ease makes setting up a trolling motor battery system. On smaller fishing boats, space is tight and battery wiring can get messy fast, and this helps keep everything clean and manageable.
What I appreciate most is how simple it made putting the trolling motor on its own battery bank. Having dedicated batteries means more time out on the water and less worrying about running out of power. Once it’s installed, connecting and disconnecting the batteries is quick and straightforward.
It also makes maintenance easier. When it’s time to charge or remove the batteries, I’m not fighting cables or stacked terminals, everything just unplugs. This is one of those upgrades that makes boating feel easier and less stressful, especially if you spend long days relying on your trolling motor.
